One sponsor owns the Comet sky for one UTC day, from 00:00 to 24:00. Your artwork appears on the LED tower, the banner plane, both rooftop billboards, and as a credit line on the end-of-run card, shown to every player in every run of that day. Sponsorship is a placement, not a promise of results: player numbers vary from day to day and we make no guarantee of impressions, clicks or sales.
Each day's sky is sold the day before. Bidding opens at €1, moves in steps of €1 or more with no ceiling, and closes at 00:00 UTC. You bid by setting a private maximum; the auction automatically bids the minimum needed for you, up to that limit. Ties go to the earlier bidder. A winning bid is a commitment to pay the closing price.
The winner is contacted at their account email shortly after the close. Artwork flies only after payment clears. If payment is not completed by 18:00 UTC on the day of the close, the slot passes to the next bidder, and an account that wins without paying loses access to future auctions. Card-on-file with automatic charging is coming; until then payment instructions arrive with the winner email.
You supply your own artwork: your official logo as a vector file (SVG, PDF or EPS) or a PNG at least 1,000 pixels wide, plus an optional tagline of up to 30 characters and a background colour. We adapt it to the placements and send you a preview before it flies. Artwork is due by 06:00 UTC on your sponsored day; artwork that arrives late flies late, with no extension of the day. We never source, redraw or substitute logos ourselves — what flies is what you deliver.
By submitting artwork you confirm that you own it or hold a licence to use every mark, image and word in it, and that displaying it breaks no law and no one else's rights. We display supplied artwork in reliance on that confirmation, and you agree to cover us fully against any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights. If a claim or a takedown notice arrives, we may remove the artwork immediately.
The sky stays honest: no adult content, no gambling, no political advertising, no tobacco, no crypto giveaways, no medical claims, and nothing that imitates another company or pretends to be something it is not. We may decline or withdraw any artwork at our sole judgment; if we withdraw artwork that met these terms through no fault of yours, we refund the unflown remainder of the day, and that refund is the full extent of our liability.
These terms may change between auctions; the version shown here when your auction closes is the one that applies to your day.
